Your hosting account has no set-up fee's.
Do you handle domain registration for me?
Yes, we will take care of registering a new domain, or
transferring your existing domain registration to our servers.
What is your order process?
You first are directed to our domain registration/registration
transfer where we set-up your domain name account. Secondly,
you are directed to our hosting account set-up. We will send
your hosting account logins within 24 hrs. For your
protection, all account information is encrypted and processed on
our secure servers.
What tools and features will I
get with my hosting account?
Every hosting account comes with a feature-packed Site/User
Administrator in addition to your Account Manager. These
browser-based control panels which makes it easy to view site
statistics, manage email accounts, and maintain your
website.
How do you handle customer support?
Submit your support request through our online Account
Manager.
How long does it take to get my questions answered?
Most support issues are answered within 24 hours. In the event
that your request will take longer, you will at least be notified
within 24 hours.
Do you support Microsoft
Frontpage?
Yes. You can enable your front page extensions from your
Account Manager.
Can I set a hosting account
without transferring my domain name registration?
Yes. You will need to have your domain name registrar
transfer your hosting name servers to BizBin.biz.
Do you give refunds on your
hosting accounts?
Absolutely! We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are
unsatisfied with our services within 30 days of activating your
account, we will refund 100% of your hosting charges.
Do you give refunds on your
domain registration accounts?
No. Since your domain name is registered with world wide
with Internic, we are unable to refund domain name registration or
transfer services. You
however, retain the rights to your domain name and domain name
control panel.
Will I be able to access my domain name with or without the www?
Yes, you will be able to access the domain name with or
without the www in front. For example, you could access the domain
name "yourdomain.dom" by going to "www.yourdomain.dom"
as well as "yourdomain.dom".

How long does it take before my domain name is active?
12 to 24 hours. The
registry only updates the zone files from their database once
every 12 hours.
Will I have unlimited access to update my pages ?
You have unlimited access via FTP to your site over the
Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can "upload"
files to your site as well as "download" to your
computer.
Do you accept international
orders ?
Yes. We have provided international hosting services since
1999 and we're as close as your computer.
Do you host other domain extensions besides .Com .Net or .Org?
Yes, we host ALL domain name extensions - .nu, .to, .ws, .co.uk,
.cc, etc.
Will you place advertisements on my site?
Absolutely not. We will not place banner ads, pop-up ads, etc.
on your website.
How do I manage my email
accounts?
From your Site/User Administrator, you can add, edit, and
remove POP email accounts. You can also set up aliases to forward
mail and auto responders to automatically send a response to
messages sent to a certain account.
How do I get my e-mail?
You can access your e-mail with any POP3-capable e-mail
program, including Eudora, Outlook, and MailPro. Simply put
yourdomain.com in the fields for the POP3 and SMTP fields, and you
will be able to send and receive e-mail.
Can I use email auto
responders?
Yes. In your Site/User Administrator, you can set up email
auto responders so that a reply will automatically be sent
whenever someone sends an email to a certain account.
Do you provide a cgi-bin?
Yes, a cgi-bin is provided with our Website 2000,
E-Commerce and our Corporate hosting plans. You
can run your own CGI or PERL scripts on your website by putting
them in your personal cgi-bin directory.
Do you have anonymous FTP?
BizBin offers the ability to add multiple accounts that act
like anonymous FTP accounts. They allow users to upload and
download files to their private directory. The only difference is
each FTP account has it's own username and password.
Do you provide a database
system?
Our Website 2000, E-Commerce and Corporate
hosting plans include a MySQL Database. MySQL is an
easy-to-use database engine that allows you to create
database-driven websites, maintain customer information, and more.
A friendly interface enables you to administer your database right
through your Site/User Administrator.
Do you offer Telnet?
Our Website 2000, E-Commerce and Corporate
hosting plans offer telnet and Secure Socket Layer (SSH) access.
This provides you with compressed and encrypted access.
Do you support PHP4?
Yes.
Do you host " adult" web sites?
No. We will not host any web site that in our
estimation contains pornographic content or material that violates
U.S. copyright law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion,
to decline to host or to cease hosting any objectionable web site.
